- Medical Insurance – valid for the entire duration of requested visa and for all Schengen countries.
- Bank Statements for last 3 months
- Valid Hotel Booking w/ complete address
- Flight reservations
- NOC from employer
- For dependents sponsor – copy of sponsor’s valid passport and UAE residence visa to be attached to letter from sponsor
- For Investor/ partner of company – Valid trade license copy
- For GCC Nationals – Copy of valid Emirates ID card
