• Arrive in KL and check-in at your hotel

Day 2: Bird Park, Aquaria KLCC and City Heritage Tour
• Your driver will pick you up from your hotel

Day 4: Chin Swee Temple and Genting Highlands Attractions

6. All rates subject to room availability, peak season surcharge during peak period & Tourism Tax (for Non-Malaysian).
7. The above rates quoted are based on standard room category and for higher room category we shall be able to quote you upon request accordingly. Unused package benefits are note exchangeable for cash or other benefits. All tour will be subjected to 6% Sales & Services Tax (SST) – IF ANY
8. The above rates are not applicable for Chinese New Year, Hari Raya Puasa, Christmas, school holidays period or any other day whereby a surcharge will be imposed. This will be determined once the final confirmation is made.
9. Reservation can only be made by email. Booking must be made 30 working days prior to the arrival date and 50% deposit is required upon confirmation of booking. The balance of payment due must be paid within 30 working days before tour commence. If less than 14 working days prior to the arrival date, full payment is required upon confirmation of booking.
10. Please take note that only 50% of the full payment shall be refunded upon cancellation made in less than 7 working days before tour commence. 100% cancellation charge is imposed for cancellation within 48 hours or in the event of no show, or any goods and services that are not utilized.
11. Payment must be made by CASH or CHEQUE and bank into our company’s bank account ~ CIMB BANK, Account no. :801-117-6754 under ECO – COACH & TOURS (M) SDN BHD. We also accept payment by credit card (VISA or MASTER CARD).
12. It is agreed that Eco – Coach & Tours (M) Sdn Bhd shall not be liable to any persons for any lost, damage, liability, expenses or costs, including legal costs suffered or incurred by any member or any of its booking, including any lost, damages, liability, expenses and costs arising from any loss of damage to or theft of property, UNLESS such lost, damage, liability, expenses and cost, resulted directly from the gross negligence or wilful default of Eco – Coach & Tours (M) Sdn Bhd.
13. The company reserves the right to alter routes, timetables, itineraries & accommodation reserved and the package price as and when necessary or in the case of force majeure.
14. All agents/customers must provide full details on guests’ personal particulars and flight details at least 20 days in advance (working days) before the guests’ arrival. Failing to do so which a surcharge shall be imposed per booking.
15. The resorts/hotels/management reserve the right to discontinue or revised the rates of this offer at any time.
16. Please note that the accommodation may be available at the time of inquiry but it is not being held for you. A request cannot be confirmed until we receive guests’ personal particulars and deposit payment.
17. In the event of cancellation, the following cancellation charges shall apply.
