Documents required:

• Personal appearance

• Visa application form

• Passport valid at least 6 months prior to departure from the Philippines

• UAE residence visa copy

• Original Letter of Guarantee / No Objection from the company (on company letter head with company chop) stating the following: The position and/or designation of the applicant; Inclusive period of employment; and Monthly salary.

• If applicant is a business proprietor or partner, present original and submit a copy with English translation of the trade license and proprietor or partner in the business entity indicated in the visa application form

• Bank statement for the last 6 months with maintaining balance of 8,000 AED

• Previous Philippine visa issued (if any)

• Letter of Invitation / Guarantee executed by the reference or sponsor in the Philippine, if applicable.

• Roundtrip flight itinerary

• Hotel booking.
