To confirm your reservation, a deposit of at least 50% of the total package cost—or the non-refundable portion, whichever is greater—is required. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 15 days prior to the departure date. - Package Inclusions and Pricing

Guests are responsible for ensuring compliance with health and entry requirements, including any current COVID-19 protocols, at their travel destinations. - Third-Party Services
Best Choice Tours operates as an intermediary between guests and service providers. While we strive to collaborate with reliable partners, we cannot accept responsibility for any delays, cancellations, or service disruptions beyond our control. - Accommodation
Hotel rooms are subject to availability. If the originally requested hotel is unavailable, we will offer an alternative of a similar standard. Hotel check-in is typically from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to hotel discretion. - Extra Guest Accommodation
When three guests share a room, an additional mattress or roll-away bed will be provided as per hotel policy. - Voucher Issuance
Travel vouchers and documentation will be issued up to 72 hours before departure, provided full payment has been received. - Leisure Days
A “Day at Leisure” refers to days without scheduled sightseeing or activities, offering guests free time for personal exploration. - Flight Irregularities
In the event of flight changes, delays, or cancellations that result in extended stays, any associated expenses will be the guest’s responsibility. Best Choice Tours will, however, extend every possible assistance. - Incidental and Damage Charges
Guests are responsible for any incidental expenses incurred at the hotel (e.g., minibar, room service) as well as any damage caused to property. Such costs must be settled directly with the hotel. - Cancellations Due to Unforeseen Events
If a trip is cancelled due to natural disasters, adverse weather, or other force majeure circumstances, we will endeavor to secure the highest possible refund in accordance with our agreements with service partners.
