    To confirm your reservation, a deposit of at least 50% of the total package cost—or the non-refundable portion, whichever is greater—is required. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 15 days prior to the departure date.
  2. Package Inclusions and Pricing
    Package prices generally include accommodation, transfers, and the listed activities. Please note that prices are subject to change due to currency fluctuations, revised taxes, or unforeseen surcharges.
  3. Availability and Confirmation
    All services, including accommodations and activities, are subject to availability at the time of booking. We are not holding any reservations until confirmation is received. Final availability will be confirmed upon booking request.
  4. Holiday Surcharges
    Additional charges may apply during public holidays or peak travel seasons. These will be communicated in advance, if applicable.
  5. Travel Documentation
    Guests are kindly reminded to ensure that they hold valid passports, visas, and any other necessary travel documents. Best Choice Tours cannot be held responsible for travel issues arising from incomplete or incorrect documentation.
  6. Accurate Personal Information
    It is essential that all passenger names and details provided at the time of booking exactly match those on their passports. Best Choice Tours is not responsible for any charges incurred due to incorrect information.
  7. Special Requests
    We will gladly attempt to fulfill special requests such as gender-specific amenities; however, please note that these are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
  8. Travel Insurance
    Depending on the destination, travel insurance may be mandatory. We highly recommend securing appropriate coverage and carrying proof of insurance throughout your trip.
  9. Health and Safety Compliance
    Guests are responsible for ensuring compliance with health and entry requirements, including any current COVID-19 protocols, at their travel destinations.
  10. Third-Party Services
    Best Choice Tours operates as an intermediary between guests and service providers. While we strive to collaborate with reliable partners, we cannot accept responsibility for any delays, cancellations, or service disruptions beyond our control.
  11. Accommodation
    Hotel rooms are subject to availability. If the originally requested hotel is unavailable, we will offer an alternative of a similar standard. Hotel check-in is typically from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to hotel discretion.
  12. Extra Guest Accommodation
    When three guests share a room, an additional mattress or roll-away bed will be provided as per hotel policy.
  13. Voucher Issuance
    Travel vouchers and documentation will be issued up to 72 hours before departure, provided full payment has been received.
  14. Leisure Days
    A “Day at Leisure” refers to days without scheduled sightseeing or activities, offering guests free time for personal exploration.
  15. Flight Irregularities
    In the event of flight changes, delays, or cancellations that result in extended stays, any associated expenses will be the guest’s responsibility. Best Choice Tours will, however, extend every possible assistance.
  16. Incidental and Damage Charges
    Guests are responsible for any incidental expenses incurred at the hotel (e.g., minibar, room service) as well as any damage caused to property. Such costs must be settled directly with the hotel.
  17. Cancellations Due to Unforeseen Events
    If a trip is cancelled due to natural disasters, adverse weather, or other force majeure circumstances, we will endeavor to secure the highest possible refund in accordance with our agreements with service partners.
